Refund Policy


For Retail and Preferred Customer Purchases Directly from Neogenics

Neogenics offers a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee to all retail customers, and preferred customers within sixty (60) days of purchase direct from an official Neogenics website. If for any reason a retail customer or preferred customer would like to return any Neogenics product, he/she may return the product for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping.


For Team Members - Products Sold to Retail Customers


If a Retail Customer you’ve sold to in person wants to return products purchased directly from you, you will need to complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form located in your back office. Accept the product and refund the money directly to your Retail Customer – Neogenics will not accept product returned directly from retail customers. Contact support@neogenics.com to receive a RMA number for an eligible return. Product returned by Team Members must be received by Neogenics within sixty (60) days of the Team Member’s original purchase.



Initiating a Return

For all return of product, you must email support@neogenics.com to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please include your order ID in the body of the email. If eligible for a refund, Neogenics will provide your RMA and instructions for returning the product. Product must be received by Neogenics within sixty (60) days of purchase date.


For eligible refunds, Neogenics will credit the original form of payment within thirty (30) days of returned product being received at Neogenics home office.


Please note: Neogenics reserves the right to decline a refund if an RMA was not issued prior to return of the product. Product exchanges or refunds made for the purpose of maximizing commissions or manipulating the compensation plan in any way (i.e. excessive return or abnormal pattern of refunds) will not be honored and are considered a violation of the Distributor Agreement.
